As you are aware the Covid-19 virus spread is having a major impact on lives in Australia. We are monitoring Government Guidelines & following the advice of our National & State Associations. As such we ask for your patience as we navigate through this difficult time.
Following Government guidelines we will no longer be texting reminders for appointments but instead our reception staff will be calling all clients & asking a series of questions to correctly screen each client to make sure anyone who has traveled in the last 14 days (or who lives with someone who has) & anyone who has been, or is, feeling unwell with any signs of cold or flu have their appointments rescheduled.
PLEASE IF Y HAVE TRAVELED IN TH LAST 14 DAYS OR IF YOU FEEL UNWELL DO NOT ATTEND OUR CLINIC BUT CALL & RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT INSTEAD!
We are also taking additional measures to help keep you & our staff safe. We have taped out a safe zone at reception for you to stand behind to keep a safe distance from out reception girls. We have available for all our staff & our clients alcohol hand gel & a basin with soap & water to clean hands regularly. Our waiting room chairs have been spread further apart & extended along out hall way so you can stay a safe distance from other clients. All our footwear, children’s toys & magazines have been removed from the waiting area. We are also reducing our appointment availability in an effort to reduce the number of clients coming through the clinic at any time.
